The Dry Frio River House.
Nestled in the hills on the Dry Frio River, this lovely new home offers great access to one half mile of the river for your family getaway. Located on Frio Cielo Ranch, a 200 acre private development with access restricted to the home owners and their guests. A community pavilion and grill area are available for guests as well. The house has soaring ceilings and the open floor plan flows beautifully with a large state of the art kitchen, a breakfast bar, a half bath, a living area, dining area, TV nook and a master suite downstairs with a Queen bed and a tub and shower combo in the bath. The large deck has a dining table and a charcoal grill and just beyond the deck is a shaded path that leads to the river. Upstairs there is a second master suite with a day bed, a Queen bed, and a Jacuzzi tub with hand held shower in the large bath area. There are two smaller bedrooms upstairs, each with a twin bed. Amenities include high speed internet service, telephone, flat screen satellite TV with Blue Ray DVD, CD player, washer and dryer, central air and heat and ceiling fans throughout the house.
